We spent Labor Day weekend aboard Reel Love in Cherry Cove at Catalina Island. We enjoyed visiting with friends in the cove aboard Helen B, Las Tunas, Cup a Jo, taking long walks ashore with Bosun and spending time on and in the water. Mike, Jill's brother J.D. and her uncle Sam went scuba diving off Reel Love at Emerald Bay.
Neoprene stretches! This was baby's second trip to Catalina Island. Jill felt great and even snorkeled three days in a row with her brother and friends. They spotted bright orange Garibaldi amid the kelp, halibut, sand sharks and reys on the cove's sandy bottom. Both Mom and Baby enjoyed the cool water and beautiful, warm weather. When can we go back again?
